Best Michelin star meal of my life for sure and top 1 or 2 meal of my life. Amazingly paced, with each dish bringing surprising and bold flavors. Taste was never sacrificed for creating something unique as I find often happens in Michelin places. The shapes, textures, and visuals of the food were exciting in every case, but the taste was still the priority. I am amazed by the variety of broths that came with some of the dishes. They had a very authentic, comforting and homely taste to them. The menu never slacked and stayed strong throughout the entire course. The cocktails were great too, I particularly enjoyed one with coconut milk. They used Indian influences in very clever ways that make a lot of sense in a cocktail. I feel lucky to have been invited to this place by our friends and it was an honor to meet the chef as well. Thank you!

I read the reviews and went to this place with my friends. The restaurant doesn't look anything special inside, it looks dusty, without any nice design, the most beautiful thing is the picture with the Panda, India and Panda, I appreciated the humor. I don't know how Michelin rates restaurants but that's no guarantee that you'll like the restaurant. Overall, I didn't like the food, the spicy sets, it was no secret to me what it was all made of. The dishes and the presentation were 5 out of 5 in appearance. The staff tried, but didn't warn us that the dishes might contain allergens. Our friend felt really bad in the middle of the set, he went to the toilet, I stopped eating because I was scared. Our friend felt bad all night, I can say that it was a reaction to one of the dishes. Everything turned out well. In my opinion, 2 Michelin stars are very controversial.

Just exceptional from start to finish. To get here, you'll walk through St Regis Gardens on the rooftop and arrive at the restaurant to a room with only 6(?) tables. My partner and I are vegetarian and were taken through the most delicious passage of India. Yes - the food is unbelievably good - but it's the delivery of it all that makes this place a cut above anywhere else in Dubai. Service is a comfortable level of attentive; just enough to make you feel looked after, without feeling overbearing. Plenty of good restaurants feel a bit stiff. There's not a hint of that. We celebrated my partner's birthday here. As we sipped tea after our final course, our server handed us a little painting as a birthday gift. So touching and so kind. We passed the restaurant's resident artist, Charles, as we left, to thank him. His artwork features throughout the courses, and is hung throughout the restaurant. Look out for it. It's this touching level of detail - as well as unbelievable food - that makes it an experience you don't forget. Thank you Tresind Studio :)

Tresind studio is a two star Indian restaurant with two stars in the Michelin guide, located on top of the St Regis Hotel on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. It has a menu only policy, with some 14-16 courses divided into , respectivly, two dishes each of the major geopgraphical areas of the Indian sub-continent. The concept is reminiscent of what Virgilio Martinez puts on the table at his celebrated Central in Lima, and indeed the chef knowsVirigilio quite well. The sourcing for the products used must be incredibly difficult. Each dish is one or two bites, with sometimes unexpected texture and flavous contrasts. I enjoyed almost every course, with the exception perhaps of the (Himalayan area) lamb course. The amount of work going into the prepration is the dishes is huge - there were 10 chefs working for 12 or 14 diners..... The restaurant offers a selection of carefully curated cocktails, and for once I chose a number of cocktails to go with the menu. It worked well. The price point? Obviously high, but worth every dirham.
